Moving on to the main review of the device. The onpage specs of the device are very immpressive but the quality of each specs are not as good as they are mentioned. Lets look what makes Deluxe not the best sold device. Not making the review boring let me go into each section and give you my experience with it.

The display of the device is very vibrant and fresh and looks great as all colors are look very attractive and eye soothing and not sharp. The display plays it’s best role with the 1080p HD screen the viewing angles of the device is very clear. The screen of 5.5 inches gives best experience while playing games and watching movies. But the display of the device gets a blackish in the sunlight and the display is not very clear even though it is at its best. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the screen of the device is great cause a small hand will make the device do bunjee jumping all the time because of it 5.5 inches of display.

I have played lot of games on the deluxe and i have noticed that the phone have a few lags while playing high graphics games on high setting and there is no problem with moderate gaming and the lags can be ignored and it must be appropriate if i say there are some frames drop rather than lags. The phone doesn’t gets too hot while playing any games but if you play like a psychic for hours then come on any phone will get hot.

The device is powered by an Intel atom and has 4 GB of RAM. So there wasn’t any lags seen while using the phone and the multi tasking was smooth and responsive and gives a great support for high graphic gaming.

The camera of the device is of 13mp and 5mp rear and front respectively and the 13mp camera shoots the pictures great when you take nearby shots and the quality keeps on getting bad as you zoom.  Also the image quality in low light is bad but Asus has many modes to improve each of it. I would suggest that rather than giving 10’s of modes make your camera better. The video recording on the device is not that great but the quality definitely is good when compared to low light and sunlight. In low light there is lot of disturbance in the video and it’s not good.

Built Quality

The built quality of the device can be explained with only one word and that is PLASTIC. And this s because from top to bottom and from outside to inside everywhere is plastic. The back cover of the device which is the signature of the device is very good and gives a nice grip and nice feel when you hold the device and also the little rounded back gives a good feel otherwise a flat surface is never better than a round one. Also the the volume rockers are kinda blackish which gives an awesome look to the device. Though the capacitive touch buttons don’t have the backlight the user will get use to it.

The storage of the device is the main attraction which is of 64GB internal and 128 GB expandable and also a special edition of  128GB of Internal Storage  is available. Where as for the user 56GB is available out of 64GB as the rest 8GB is System reserved. The RAM is also a contender which is of 4GB.

Battery Life

The battery of the Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is of 3000 mAh and nothing is special about the battery life. The battery goes from 100% to 10% in 12 hours on normal usage and the battery consumption can be adjusted by few apps provided by the Asus and the charging is a plus point as the company provides a fast charger of an output of 2A  and the device charges from 0% to 60%  20-30 mins and you don’t have to wait for 2hrs to charge it. Thats the only thing I like very much.

Sound Quality

The sound quality of the device if ok it’snot that great but ok. The Bass, treble, vocals are clear and there many options from which you can change the bass treble and modes but original music is mine type of music and the sound doesn’t shatters and is clear in the atmosphere.

Final Verdict

For 23,000/350$ the Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe is not a total value for money. And there are better options than this device
