Roaming Free all over india by MTNL is soon going to be available
MTNL is the oldest network in India and has developed ina long time. The basic ideology of the MTNL service was to charge roaming when the particular went outside Mumbai and Delhi. And the charges of roaming was quite high and it made the people to change their network. But now the company is finallising the dates to make Roaming Free .Whereas MTNL’s competitor BSNL already has the Roaming Free scheme.
National Telecom Policy 2012 which is responsible for communication and telecom services has made a decision to remove roaming all over the country.
Also, MTNL is providing free 2mbps speed net to their customers who are using MTNL landline service.
According to TRAI data released in October India saw a growth in mobile subscribers in August.The growth in was led by telecom major Bharti Airtel with net subscriber addition of 1.312 million in August, followed by Idea Cellular with 1.167 million users, Vodafone 1.127 million, Tata Teleservices 825,000, BSNL 812,000, Telenor 390,000, Aircel 384,000, Videocon Telecom (with Quadrant) 116,000, and MTNL 18,132.
